Wow! Hard to believe we are coming to the close of another year. It has been a very fulfilling 2022! I was able to expand my teaching from my independent class at Yoga Studio Satya and the Cordera Community Center to the Downtown YMCA. I am grateful to all who attend. I want to give a shout out to those that completed the 60-movement form in 2022:
When we kick off 2023, I will be presenting a series where we explore Yang Chengfu's 10 Essential of Tai Chi. We take one principle a week and focus on incorporating it into our daily practices. I really enjoy teaching this series, as I feel it lays a solid foundation for one's tai chi practice. I will be doing this at all locations.
