HAVE YOU ALWAYS WANTED TO LEARN TAI CHI?
Well, this is a great time to start! This series is for anyone interested in learning about and experiencing the benefits that tai chi has to offer. Beginning September 21st and running through November 9th, we will be exploring Yang Cheng-Fu’s 10 Essential Principles of Tai Chi. Yang Cheng-Fu is historically credited with bringing tai chi to the public. Each week we will focus on one or two principles. I have taught the series several times, and I find that it lays a great foundation for beginners and gives intermediate and advanced students a chance to revisit the principles at a higher level. Don’t worry if you miss a class, because we will review all the previous principles at the beginning of each class. |
