About Tai Chi Tai chi’s slow movements are the trademark of this ancient martial art known for its ability to improve balance, calmness, and relaxation. At Springs Tai Chi, our approach emphasizes the body mechanics behind the movements. This added emphasis to structure and form enhances the internal energy flow to foster additional fluidity, strength, and rooting. These attributes cross over to enhance daily activities and improve sports performance. Body mechanics also contains powerful qigong movements that lead to improved health and vitality.
